OOCL would like to inform you that we have filed a St. Petersburg Winter Surcharge (WSC) effective December 01st, 2012 (Sailing Date) through April 30th, 2013 for both dry and reefer cargo
going to, from or via the port of St. Petersburg with details as follows:  

For All Dry and Reefer Cargo Moving:

EAST / NORTH BOUND                         EUR 75 /TEU               (to Saint Petersburg)

WEST / SOUTH BOUND                        USD 50 /Container   (From Saint Petersburg)
