Paperless customs handling in Antwerp/ Rotterdam/ Amsterdam

Dear customer,

many of you are aware of the possibility to deliver your Export containers paperless in Antwerp and Rotterdam by using the local Customs Communication Systems, however some of you still deliver the custom papers “the old way”.
In order to ease and expedite the process of customs declaration we like to remind you of the option to register at those Customs Communication Systems in Antwerp and Rotterdam.

For containers to be shipped via port of Antwerp you can use Antwerp Port Community System (APCS).

The submission of customs documents for containers to be loaded via port of Rotterdam and Amsterdam can be done via Portbase, the electronic submission does become obligatory on October 1st, 2014.
