Container Terminal Burchardkai to implement new operating system - shutdown due to test phase
Dear valued customer,
Please be informed that Container Terminal Burchardkai plans to implement a new terminal operating system, “Navis N4".
In order to be well prepared for the migration of the new operating system, the terminal will conduct a final test of live operation for all transport modes. This test is scheduled as follows:
Tuesday, 23.04.2024 / 12:00 hrs until Wednesday, 24.04.2024 / 07:00 hrs – complete shutdown of all operations for preparation of test phase
Wednesday, 24.04.2024 / 07:00 hrs until 15:00 hrs – test phase of the new terminal operating system
Wednesday, 24.04.2024 / 15:00 hrs until 19:00 hrs – complete shutdown of all operations and turn back to the old terminal operating system.
The terminal does expect a certain operational backlog after completion of test phase.
