General Enquire


Q1 : I don't know the password/ I haven't received the password notice, how I log in MOC?

A1 : Please go to www.oocl.com My OOCL Center and click "Forgot your password or User ID" then you can retrieve your password or User ID by following the instruction.

Q2 : Why I can't find the Sailing Schedule from Rongqi (take a niche port for sample) to Singapore?

A2 : The sailing schedule updated in website are those trunk vessels (mother vessels), if the origin loading port is a niche port, it is arranged by feeder to Hong Kong/ Shekou/ Da Chan Bay to connect the trunk vessels.Thus, please amend the Origin City to the loading ports of the trunk vessel to search the sailing schedule.

Q3 : Unable to search the sailing schedule, for example from Shantou to Karachi?

A3 : Please input trunk vessel's loading port into the field of origin city, such as Shekou/Hong Kong and click ''find sailing schedule'', and then revise the origin city back to Shantou after choose the suitable vessel.



Booking Issue

Q4 : What should I select for the Container Atmosphere at the time of reefer booking ?

A4 : Please select ''No Preference'' if you are booking a general reefer. Please contact our Local Central Reefer Unit if you require for other specialized boxes.


Q5 : What should I select for the Generator Set at the time of Reefer Booking ?

A5 : Please select ''Not Required'' if the haulage will be handled by your own; if you would like OOCL to arrange haulage for you, please select ''Clip On'' & send the appointment detail to local Central Reefer Unit for arrangement.


Q6 : What should I do if I want a clean & certified container by local CIQ for edible food stuffing ?

A6 : Please input ''CWI-GD equipment required'' on the field of Remarks for Entire Booking, CWI-GD here refers to Cargo Worthy Inspection-General Declaration, empty pick up date & time is also required for appointing this kind of container, please contact Local Central Reefer Unit for more information.


Q7 : What should be filled in Rate/Reference Information ?

A7 : Please choose Service Contract Number or Agreement Number and fill in the related Number accordingly.



Shipping Instruction (SI) Issue


Q8 : During submit Shipping Instruction, sometime there is an alert of ''The status of the booking number xxx is pending. Please verify before your proceed'' pop out after input the Booking Number, how to do with it ?

A8 : The alert does not affect the submission, please ignore it and go ahead to proceed.



B/L Issue


Q9 : How to download my B/L Copy and Debit Note (D/N) ?

A9 : You can download the BA, B/L Copy and D/N under ''Shipment Folder'' after you log in your MOC account.


Q10 : How to received the BL copy by email?

A10 : Please login MOC and update ''MY PROFILE'' with correct email address and then add the E-mail subscriptions to receive the BL draft with PDF attachment.


Q11 : I can't received BA or BL copy ?

A11 : Please select ''Documentation'' --> '' Shipment Folder'' --> ''Shipment folder search'' --> input booking number or BL number-->''Provided by OOCL''-->''Action'' to download.
