Notice of Payment Method in Hong Kong

To save your time and effort, we are pleased to provide you the following options of payment method for the settlement of related B/Ls’ charges:  

1.         Faster Payment System (FPS) - for HKD only

You can make real-time interbank fund transfers across different platforms by FPS Identifier - 1264779 around the clock. please contact your bank to setup your daily transfer limit. As the cut-off time varies from eash FPS participant, please settle at least 3 working hours before the payment due date.

2.         Remittance / Internet eBanking service

Direct transfer via remittance / online banking system at anytime anywhere. Please reserve enough time for the transfer payment instruction so that relevant payment must be posted on/before "payment due date".

• Hong Kong Local Bank - Please settle at least 3 working hours before the payment due date.
  
• International Telegraphic Transfer - Please settle at least 4 working days before the payment due date.
  

3.         Bank-in Deposit

Funds can be transferred to our designated bank account through ATM, cash, cheque deposit machine or banking counters.

• ​Direct Deposit Cash - Please settle at least 3 working hours before the payment due date.
  
• Company Cheque - Please settle at least 1 working days before the payment due date.
  

Please clearly indicate the payment details (B/L or Invoice number) in the remark field and provide the copy of bank-in slip, ATM receipt, bank advice, a copy of the cheque (if deposited by cheque) or related  supporting documents to us according to below. 

• Payment for Export Documents - Please email to:  HKGOBFNA@OOCL.COM 
• Payment for Import Documents - For eRO, please upload to OnePort when request eRO. For other documents, please email to: HKGIBFNA@OOCL.COM  

Any bank charges incurred through transfer payment should be borne by customer. ​
