Accountabilities


  • To provide professional secretarial services and effective administrative support to Senior Executives, designated Department and serve the departmental guests 
  • Handle departmental phone calls, mails, meeting schedule, venues, meeting minutes etc 
  • Handle the logistic arrangements for departmental business travel and related expense claims 
  • Handle different kinds of reports as assigned by the Department 
  • Coordinate and support in arranging the Company and Departmental activities 
  • Arrange the stationary, office supplies & equipment, staff seating, filing or storage arrangement for the Department 
  • To act as departmental administrator and coordinate with internal departments and external parties when required 
  • To perform other duties as assigned from time to time by the Department

Requirements

 

  • Degree holder or Tertiary education with formal s​ecretarial training  
  • Minimum 5 years’ solid secretarial experience in supporting Senior Executives and departments; experience in MNC with maritime/logistics industry is preferably   
  • Independent, well organized, detail-oriented, a good team player with strong sense of responsibilities  
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; proficient in Putonghua is definite an advantage  
  • Competency in MS Office Applications
