Position 

​Senior Customer Service Officer - Shipping (export document)​

Job Location

Hong Kong Office

 

Accountabilities


  • ​Handle customer enquiries timely and tactfully  
  • Prepare export documents timely and accurately 
  • Assist customer to familiarize with OOCL’s eCommerce products  
  • Co-ordinate with commercial team for shipment follow up 
  • Handle problem cases as assigned  
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements

 

  • Tertiary education or above; shipping, logistics or related disciplines is preferably  
  • 2 year’s relevant experience, preferably in the container transport industry  
  • Independent, well-organized and detail-minded  
  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills  
  • Proficient in MS applications  
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.  Putonghua is a plus  
  • Fresh Graduate will be considered
