Fuel Adjustment Factor (FAF)

Dear Customer,

This is to advise that with effect from January 1, 2006, the Fuel Adjustment Factor for all shipments from Hong Kong / Macau / South China will be applied as follows:

1. To Intra-Asia Countries
Amount  Container Size
          USD 65         20’ GP/RF
          USD 130       40’ GP/RF
          USD 130       40’ HQ/RQ

2. To Middle East / India / Pakistan

Amount  Container Size
          USD 143         20’ GP/RF
          USD 286       40’ GP/RF
          USD 286       40’ HQ/RQ

Note: The effective date will be based on shipment onboard date.
