Shipping Instruction e-Acknowledgment

OOCL is always improving our service to customer.

We understand most customers are always calling OOCL to check and confirm whether their Shipping Instruction (SI) have been received by OOCL or not.

In order to save the valuable time of our customer, we would like to introduce a Shipping Instruction e-Acknowledgment service to you. By using this service, you do not need to call OOCL to check whether your SI has been received or not anymore. An email will be sent to you to confirm your SI had been received by OOCL no matter your SI is sending to OOCL by fax or email.

To enjoy this service, all you need to do is simply going to www.cargosmart.com or www.cargosmart.com.cn to register and enable the feature of receiving email notification for Shipping Instruction received by carrier.

As an alternative, you are welcome to contact our Documentation or Customer Service Department, they will help you to register in CargoSmart and enable the service
