New Arrangement on CASH
Payment in Hong Kong

Dear Customers, 

At OOCL, we always strive for efficiency. To help us serve you better by speeding up the counter waiting time, effective from 1 January, 2007, we will adopt the following CASH payment policy at our counters.

CASH payment will NO longer be accepted under the following conditions:

• In US currency ; or 
• Payment at or above HK$6,000.

For CASH payment in Hong Kong dollars, you can deposit the amount directly to either one of our designated banks (Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) or Citibank). Their high coverage throughout Hong Kong enables you to settle the payment at a nearby branch. Then you simply need to present the original customer copy of the pay-in slip to our counter for document exchange. Herein please find a copy of the pre-printed bank pay-in slip for your pursuant.

The new arrangement would improve our service quality towards you, reduce your risk of bringing large amount of cash and shorten your queuing time at our counters.
