ANNOUNCEMENT

Misdeclaration of Cargo & Overwight Container
and/or Over the Road Limitation

Dear Customers, 

We wish to bring to your attention that misdeclaration of cargo, and overweight container/over the Road Limitation cases have been found quite frequent recently and in most cases they were being shipped via forwarding company.

We are now writing to you inviting your co-operation to deter such activities by tightening the booking acceptance for demanding/alerting your customer to comply with all laws and regulations of each country that it will transit (including local, State/ Province/ Prefecture, and Federal/ Country laws and regulations) with regards to road weight limitations.

Moreover, we would like to further remind you in observing the maximum payload of the container. This maximum payload is the safety limit of the total cargo gross weight loaded in a container that should not be exceeded.
Cargo loading exceeding the maximum payload of the container may result in unexpected operational hazard which could cause not only damage to your goods but worst still possible human casualties.

Shipment exceeded the maximum payload may face with the following consequences: - 

• Refusal acceptance of the container into the terminal
• Refusal to be discharged at port of discharge
• Removal of cargo from the container

Any fine or penalty, in addition to all other related cost/expenses resulting from non-compliance would be on account of cargo.
