Notice To Shipper

Enforcement of Thailand Inbound Customs Regulation -
Declaration of full cargo marks and numbers

Dear Customers, 


With enforcement of Thailand customs regulation, all inbound shipments to Thailand MUST bear full cargo marks & numbers on Bill of Lading. In order to ensure compliance, shipper is required to :

  1. Provide full cargo marks & numbers on the Shipping Instruction (SI) ; AND
  2. Submit complete SI before SI cutoff (24 hours after vessel departure at loading port) to OOCL

Should any shipment cannot fulfill the requirements, it might NOT be allowed to discharge. Any penalty and additional costs incurred would be on account of cargo.
