Hong Kong, Macau and South China to
St. Petersburg, Russia Winter Surcharge

Dear Customers, 

This is to advise that with effect from 1st December, 2007 to 31st March 2008, the Winter Surcharge for all DRY and REEFER shipments to St. Petersburg, Russia will be applied as follows: 

                                             USD  70 per 20' 
                                             USD 140 per 40' 
                                             USD 140 per 40'HQ
                                             USD  3.50 per Revenue Ton
