ANNOUNCEMENT

USA and Canada to Hong Kong, Macau and South China
General Rate Increase (GRI)

Dear Customers, 

This is to advise that with effect from 1st January, 2008, the General Rate Increase (GRI) for following shipment mentioned below will be applied as follows:

Existing Metal Scrap rate with inclusive of Bunker Charge (BUC)

                                            USD 80 per 20'
                                            USD 100 per 40'
                                            USD 100 per 40'HQ
                                            USD 100 per 45'HQ

Existing Metal Scrap rate is subject to floating Bunker Charge (BUC)

                                             USD 160 per 20' 
                                             USD 200 per 40' 
                                             USD 200 per 40'HQ 
                                             USD 200 per 45'HQ
