ANNOUNCEMENT

Far East to USA
Alameda Corridor Charge

Dear Customers,

This is to advise that with effect from January 1, 2008, the Alameda Corridor Charge (ACC) for all DRY and REEFER shipments will be applied as follows:

                                                 USD 19 per 20'
                                                 USD 38 per 40'
                                                 USD 38 per 40'HQ
                                                 USD 42 per 45'HQ
                             

Note: Based on cargo receiving date

This charge will be imposed on all cargo moving through the ports of Los Angeles or Long Beach that is transported by rail through or out of Southern California (i.e., the counties of Kern, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange,Riverside, San Diego, and Imperial), whether or not actually carried over the Alameda Corridor. It will be included on the bill of lading and will be paid by the cargo interest before release of the cargo to the consignee.

It is charged for recovering the amounts paid to railroads in connection with the railroads' agreements with the Alameda Corridor Transportation Authority to assist in recovering the costs of constructing and operating the Alameda Corridor.
