Yen Appreciation Surcharge (YAS)

Dear Customers,

This is to advise that with effect from 1st Jan, 2008, the Yen Appreciation Surcharge for all DRY shipments will be applied as follow:

                                              USD 10 per 20'GP
                                              USD 15 per 40'GP
                                              USD 15 per 40'HQ
