Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS)

Dear Customers, 

This is to advise that with effect from 16th December, 2007, the Port Congestion surcharges for all DRY shipments will be applied as follows:


                                               USD 100 per 20' 
                                               USD 200 per 40' 
                                               USD 200 per 40'HQ
