Hong Kong, Macau and South China to Canada
Vancouver Port Congestion Surcharge

Dear Customers, 

This is to advise that with effect from March 13, 2007, the Vancouver Port Congestion Surcharge for all DRY and REEFER shipments will be applied as follows:

                                            For Local Vancouver Cargoes
                                            USD   80 per 20GP
                                            USD 100 per 40GP
                                            USD 115 per 40HQ
                                            USD 125 per 45HQ

                                            For MLB and all Inland Cargoes
                                            USD 240 per 20GP
                                            USD 300 per 40GP
                                            USD 338 per 40HQ
                                            USD 380 per 45HQ
