Notice of Payment Method in Hong Kong
繳費方法須知

Dear Customers, 

To save your time and effort, we are pleased to provide you the following options of payment method for the settlement of related B/Ls' charges: 

1. Bank-In Deposit
- Direct Bank-in Cash or Cheque to our designated bank accounts. There are over hundreds of banking counters coverage in Hong Kong, it enables you to settle payment at a nearby branch in a more convenient and safety manner.

2. Crossed Cheque by post
- Please write the related B/L numbers on the back of the cheque and mail it directly to 32th Floor Harbour Centre, 25 Harbour Road, Wanchai, HongKong with attention to Finance & Account Department, OOCL (HK) LTD.

3. Via Internet eBanking service
- You can transfer funds from your designated bank account using online at anytime anywhere. Please contact your bank to activate this internet service or you can also register at www.cargosmart.com to enjoy our ePayment service. 

For option 1 & 3 - after payment, please simply fax the Payment Transaction Notification Form together with your Bank's Deposit Slip (sample as attached) to our fax no.852 – 2249 5161 or email to [email protected]. 

For original B/L and Inbound Release Order/ Delivery Order exchange at our counter offices, please bring along the Bank's Deposit Slip with relevant documents.


為提供更方便快捷的繳費服務，客戶可選擇以下繳款方式支付有關提單之費用 :

1. 銀行存款
– 透過數百間銀行的分行遍佈於港九及新界，使您能在貴公司附近用支票或現金繳付費用，既安全又方便。
2. 郵寄方式
- 客戶亦可註明有關支付的提單號碼於劃線支票的背面, 寄回到本公司辦事處於灣仔港灣道25號
  海港中心32樓 OOCL (HK) Ltd 財務及會計部收。
3. 透過網上理財服務
- 您可以隨時隨地透過網上繳費直接轉賬到OOCL 指定户口。請聯絡你的銀行開納此服務或
  登記 www.cargosmart.com 的網上繳費服務。

如採用 1,3 方式繳費- 客户只須要於付款後，填寫以下的付款交易通知書，連同銀行存款單以電郵或傳真方式到本公司的財務及會計部以確認繳費。電郵: [email protected] ；傳真號碼: 852-2249 5161。

* 客戶如須前來本公司換取出口正本提單或入口提櫃紙，請在繳款後於網上列印付款記錄 或 帶備正本的銀行存款單，並連同有關辦理轉單之文件到來本公司的櫃檯換取所需的文件。 現附上入數紙副本以作參考。
