Various means in obtaining Waybills

Dear Customers, 

In our continuous effort towards enhancing customer’s convenience, we are pleased to inform you that, from now on, you can obtain the copy of your Waybills by choosing any one of the following eServices:

Option 1 – Via Fax
Option 2 – Via Email at your designated email address
Option 3– Via Internet with online access at any time anywhere

For Option 2 & 3, all you need to do is to register with www.cargosmart.com to activate the feature. Should you require assistance, you can contact our Customer Service representatives by emailing [email protected] or calling our hotline at 2506 6666.

You can settle your charges of the related B/Ls through various payment methods followed by faxing us the bank pay-in slip. Direct Bank-in Cash or Cheque to our designated bank accounts or mail us the cheque payment prior to the payment due date (on or before 7 days after vessel sailing). By simply adopting the above approach, you can save your time and effort without visiting our counter now. To support the environmental protection, Waybills will NOT be issued at our counter office from 1st July, 2007 onwards.
