Canada to Hong Kong, Macau and South China
BC Carbon Tax Surcharge (CBL)

Dear Customers,  

This is to advise that with effect from 1st July, 2009, the BC Carbon Tax Surcharge (CBL) for all DRY and REEFER shipments from Vancouver, BC or transiting via British Colombia, Canada will be applied as follows:

• USD 4.5  per 20’
• USD 9  per 40’
• USD 9  per 40’ HQ
