OOCL Launches "Online Chat" in MY OOCL Center"
Dear Customer,
OOCL is pleased to introduce a new tool in the My OOCL Center (MOC) – the “Online Chat”. The “Online Chat” provides a real-time, 2-ways communication channel with our Customer Services.

- Instantaneous 2-ways communication with Customer Services.
- Guide you through the use of My OOCL Center.
- Help you to troubleshoot if you encountered any usage/technical issues, when using MOC.
- Cost savings on phone, fax, and courier.
To get started, you can :
- Login to My OOCL Centre (MOC).
- In the front page, click the new "online chat" icon on the upper right corner.
- Type in your question.
- To chat with our Customer Services Officer, please select the corresponding OOCL Customer Service Center and appropriate Categories.
- To chat with our technical support, please select "Usage/System Issue" in the Categories
