Hong Kong, Macau and South China to Russia
Winter Surcharge (WSC)

Dear Customers,   

This is to advise that with effect from 1 December, 2009, the Winter Surcharge for all DRY and REEFER shipments to Russia with gateway via St. Petersburg will be applied as follows:  

                                            USD 110       per 20’ 
                                            USD 220       per 40’ 
                                            USD 220       per 40’HQ

 Note:

1.                  Based on shipment on-board date.
2.                  This surcharge is to be payable together with the ocean freight.
