Notice to Shippers

New requirement for shipments to Afghanistan _

Dear Customers,

To ensure we could notify your consignee before cargo arriving Afghanistan, with immediate effect, all shipments going to Afghanistan should have the Pakistan Cargo Clearing Agent or Forwarding Agent shown in the Bill of Lading as notify party.

As all Afghanistan destined cargoes are handled by designated Cargo Clearing Agent or Freight Forwarding Agent in Pakistan, we cannot send out Arrival Notice if there are no contact details of these Agents in the Bill of Lading. Please be sure to include local contact details of these Agents e.g. Name, Tel, Fax and Email when you submit the Shipping Instruction (SI) on/before SI cutoff.

Should you have any queries, please feel free to email us at [email protected]
