Enhancement of Hong Kong Customer Service Hotline

An identification number (PIN) will be sent to each customer once you have registered with our website either at www.oocl.com or www.cargosmart.com. As easy as ever, by dialing our Customer Service Hotline at 852-2506 6666 and inputting your unique PIN number, you can acquire your shipment details anytime in the highest security. Beyond this, this PIN number will provide you access to the following: 

  • Requesting email copies of freighted Bill of Lading.
  • Requesting email copies of Arrival Notice.
  • Enjoying the most efficient service by our Customer Service Representatives, who attain your customer profile and active shipment information.
