This is to advise that with effect from 9 March 2009, the Rate Restoration for all DRY shipments will be applied as follows:

| Ex HONG KONG | To PHILIPPINES | USD 75/150/150 | per 20’GP/40’GP/40’HQ |
| Ex HONG KONG | To VIETNAM/ THAILAND/ INDONESIA | USD 50/80/80 | per 20’GP/40’GP/40’HQ |
| Ex HONG KONG | To PENANG/ PASIR GUDANG | USD 30/50/50 | per 20’GP/40’GP/40’HQ |
