Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS)

Dear Customer,

This is to advise that with effect from March 28, 2011, the Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) for all DRY and REEFER shipments to St. Petersburg, Russia will be applied as follows:

                                                                                                     
Note:  1) Based on shipment on-board date.
          2) This surcharge is to be payable together with the ocean freight.


'South China' includes Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou, Hainan & Yunnan Province
