Empty Container Pick Up Appointment Hotline
in Shenzhen

Dear customers,

With customer’s feedback and suggestions gathered, to make our customer use the “empty container pick up appointment” service more conveniently and efficiently, we are pleased to announce below operation with immediate effect:

  • When the dedicated Hotline 755-8264 5110 is specified in our Booking Acknowledgement (BA), you are required to make appointment for empty container pick up at Shenzhen by calling the Hotline, 1 hour prior to exchange the “Equipment Interchange Receipt (EIR)” at designated location in BA.
  • This dedicated Hotline is operated in 24x7 which you can make appointment 1 hour prior to exchange the “Equipment Interchange Receipt (EIR)” to 5 days prior to empty container pickup.
  • After the appointment is made, please mark down this reference number in the BA, bring the BA to exchange EIR which having your appointment reference number, appointed empty pickup time and pickup location, and then bring the EIR to the assigned depot/ terminal for empty container pick up at the appointed date/time.
  • Empty container is allowed to be picked up within -2 / +12 hours according to the appointment.
  • Appointment amendment is allowed to be made 2 times. However, the new appointment time should be at least 4 hours from the moment you make the amendment.

We understand that the new operation requirements take time to get accustomed. Thus, in case you have difficulties in complying with the requirements for special reasons, we will be more than ready to exercise discretion subject to container availability. Nevertheless, we will strictly enforce the above operation requirements commencing from 29 Aug 2011.

Please be reminded if no appointment is arranged, the duration of empty container pickup will be prolonged or even no equipment is available for your shipment. We thank you for your co-operation in advance

Note : When there is NO dedicated appointment Hotline 755-8264 5110 showing in our BA, you can exchange the EIR at the assigned location as indicated in the BA directly.
