Notice to Shippers
Required Documents for Shipment to Batam
Dear Customer,
To facilitate the feeder operator for Batam Inbound customs declaration arrangement, we would like to advise you that the following documents are to be submitted at time of Shipping Instruction submission:
- Packing List
- Commercial Invoice
It is to ensure that cargo can be operated smoothly and delivered to Batam on time without delay. Meanwhile, you are also be reminded that all Batam shipment must be surrendered the original Bill of Lading with proper endorsement to OOCL office within 1 working day after vessel departure which to ensure for arranging feeder connection to Batam smoothly.
We would like to draw your attention on the importance of providing the above related documents for Batam shipment since failure in submission may cause feeder mis-connection and extra charges, which will be on account of cargo.
