OOCL is making arrangements to transport all the affected containers, due to the omitted calls, back to their original shipment destinations. Customers will be informed once the connection is confirmed.
2. While we are now still in the process of investigating the latest status and conditions of the laden containers which were located at the three affected ports at the time of the major earthquake on March 11, we would like to advise our customers to contact their cargo underwriters for any potential damages or losses of their containers during the incident.
