To assure you will receive our Bill of Lading copy in a timely, clear, reliable and environmental friendly manner, effective 1st August 2011, all Bill of Lading copy will be sent via email or uploaded to “My OOCL Center” for your on line view/ print at Anytime and Anywhere .

To activate this service , please request your Company Administrator sign-in “My OOCL Centre” and grant you access to “Bill of Lading” in your user profile with few steps as below :

1. Login at www.oocl.com
2. Go to “Administration” in top of the menu Bar
3. Click "User Profile Search" and then Select the user to modify
4. Click "Access" to grant "Bill Of Lading" Function
5. Then Click "Email Subscriptions"
6. Click the box under "Bill of Lading Document Manager" as below :
7. You can also filter the Bill of Lading that are available to each user with Shipment Coverage by party type, location, cargo type, and traffic mode.
