(Emergency Risk Surcharge (ERS)

Dear Customers,  

This is to advise that with effect from 1st March, 2011, the Emergency Risk Surcharge (ERS) for all DRY shipments will be applied as follows:

*Note: 'South China' includes Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou, Hainan & Yunnan Province
