Dear Customers,
To meet your urgent business needs in top priority during Saturday, please find below new arrangements of our Customer Service department effective June 1, 2012.
Counter Service
Counter service will be served for handling URGENT documents with appiontment only. Customers are required to email us at the following email address one working day (on/ before 15:00) in advance of every Saturday for registration. Our Customer Service representatives will confirm the appiontment within 2 working hours after receiving the email request.

Urgent Service :
¤ Export
• Pick up of Original Bill of Lading / Telex Release / Shipping Certificate / Upload Original Bill of Lading
(only applicable for shipments arrival at Port of Discharge / Place of Delivery during weekend).
• Laden cancellation / Re-work (only applicable for container pick up during weekend & for Hong Kong Counter only).
¤ Import (only for Hong Kong Counter)
• Exchange of Release Order (only applicable for shipment arrival at Hong Kong during weekend).
For Non urgent service request, it will be handled in the following working day only. |
General Customer Service:
Our Customer Service representatives will be on duty to answer your enquiry for URGENT requests on Saturday from 09:00 to 12:30. For non urgent service request, customer is encouraged to visit My OOCL Centre at www.oocl.com to access the required information.
