Opening Hours of Counter Customer Service
during Easter Holidays in Hong Kong

 

Dear Customers, 

This is to advise that our Counter Customer Service will be operated on the following mentioned date/ time during Easter holidays with limited services available. ie. our Counter will be served for handling URGENT documents only.

For proper arrangements, customers are required to email us the “document pick up appointment request” (as per the attached template) to [email protected] on/ before Apr 5 (THU) 12:00 PM for registration. Our Customer Service representatives will confirm the appointment within 2 working hours after receiving the email request.

Nature for Urgent Documents Services:

For Export Service -
  1. Export Laden Cancellation/ Re-work Shipment (only available for laden container pick up during Easter holidays).
  2. Pick up Original Bill of Lading/ Telex Release arrangement (only available for shipment arrival at Port of Discharge/ Place of Delivery during Easter holidays).

For Import Service -

  1. Exchange of Release Order Documents (only applicable for shipments arrival at Hong Kong during Easter holidays with laden containers to be picked up in Easter holidays).
