Documentation Fee and Local Surcharges
In Hong Kong and South China
Dear Customer,
This is to advise that with effect from Jan 1, 2013, the Documentation (DOC) Fee and the related local surcharges will be adjusted for all DRY and REEFER shipments as follows:

- Inbound Doc Fee will be charged at one quantum at the same level as Normal Doc Fee
- # e-DOC fee will be enjoyed by Shipper when the Shipping instruction (SI) is submitted by EDI; via OOCL’s on-line portal or OOCL's unified template.
- ** Manual booking fee will only be applied when customer places out the booking neither by EDI or via OOCL’s on-line portal. The fee will be payable together with other prepaid local charges prior to release of Bills of Lading.
Note: effective date would be based on shipment on-board date except for USA & Canada which is based on cargo receiving date.
