eArrival Notice
Dear Customer,
To get your Arrival Notice (AN) in a timely, clearly and environmental friendly way, e-Arrival Notice will be fully implemented effective Aug 1, 2013. The AN is also available at www.oocl.com, you can view the AN by logging-in My OOCL Centre to access the AN on line. If you are new to My OOCL Center, you can register with us to get started.
Fax AN will be suspended. In the other words, the notify parties of a BL shipment will either receive our AN via email or access on line. If you are currently receiving the AN via fax, please provide the below information and email to our designated mail box : Hong Kong at [email protected] or South China at [email protected] with indicating “e-Arrival Notice Registration” in the email subject.

• Email address (can be multiple) or company group email address
Should there be any change on the receiving party of our e-Arrival Notice, please email us so that we can update our record. On the other hand, you are encouraged to advise your shipper(s) to provide us your updated e-mail address at the loading end in order for us to communicate with you effectively and efficiently.
