This is to advise that the effective date of General Rate Increase (GRI) for all DRY shipments postponed to 1st October, 2013 and the quantum will be applied as follows:
Note: 1)Based on cargo receiving date.
2)'South China' includes Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou, Hainan & Yunnan Province
