Inbound Operation Restrictions during
2020 Chinese New Year Holiday in South China
Dear Customers,
We would like to remind you that during the
forthcoming 2020 Chinese New Year Holiday in South China, there will be
operation restrictions for import shipments in South China including Guangdong,
Guangxi, Hainan, Yunnan and Guizhou as following:

All inbound Hazardous shipments will be
prohibited | January 10 to January 30 | Hainan/ Guangxi/ Yunnan/ Guizhou and “Pearl River Delta”
area including but not limited to Huangpu/Guangzhou/ Foshan/Sanshui/
Zhongshan/ Zhuhai/ Jiangmen /Dongguan/Huizhou /Shantou / Zhanjiang (subject
to actual operation at final destination) |
All inbound Reefer shipments will be prohibited
| January 12 to February 10 | For the ports in Hainan/ Guangxi and
Zhanjiang port in Guangdong (subject to actual operation at final
destination) |
January 17 to January 30 | For the ports in “Pearl River Delta” area
including but not limited to Huangpu/Guangzhou/ Foshan/Sanshui/ Zhongshan/
Zhuhai/ Jiangmen /Dongguan/Huizhou /Shantou (subject to actual operation at
final destination) |
All inbound Awkward cargo (out of Gauge)
shipments will be prohibited | January 12 to February 08 | For the ports in Hainan/ Guangxi and
Zhanjiang port in Guangdong (subject to actual operation at final
destination) |
January 17 to January 28 | For the ports in “Pearl River Delta” area including
but not limited to Huangpu/Guangzhou/ Foshan/Sanshui/ Zhongshan/ Zhuhai/
Jiangmen /Dongguan/Huizhou /Shantou (subject to actual operation at final
destination) |
Feeder service will be suspended | January 12 to February 10 | For the ports in Hainan/ Guangxi and
Zhanjiang port in Guangdong (subject to actual operation at final
destination) |
January 17 to January 30 | For the ports in “Pearl River Delta” area including
but not limited to Huangpu/Guangzhou/ Foshan/Sanshui/ Zhongshan/ Zhuhai/
Jiangmen /Dongguan/Huizhou /Shantou (subject to actual operation at final
destination) |
Any demurrage/
detention incurred at transshipment port will be on account of cargo due to
such restrictions during the aforesaid period. Please kindly arrange your
