Possibility of Strike/Road Blockage at JN Port on 27-29 March 12

Update as on 1st April 2012

Vessel Operator CMA has advised the Reverse Rotation of IEX service CMA Eiffel IN 849 W/2113  in view of the JNPCT advise of 4 days congestion expected due to the PAP strike.

In this respect, in order to protect schedule and all partner’s loading, CMA has decided to reverse rotation of CC EIFFEL.

She will call MUNDRA then NHAVA SHEVA.

Kindly note that we are forced to call MUNDRA on Sunday 01/04 night till Monday 02/04 night.

Vessel will then proceed to NHAVA SHEVA to load shutout boxes from Saigon Express and fresh bookings.

This rotation switch is done not only to protect schedule, but also to ensure that all boxes are loaded ex NSA.

Vessel is expected being 3 days late on her whole rotation, CMA will announce recovery measures (incl bypass) when she sails from India.
