Due to the All India Port and Dock workers and Trade Unions strike on the 28 February 2012, the vessel,
M.V. Y.M. Hamburg 051E could not operate inspite of coming alongside the berth and was forced to sail out without import discharge.
The Vessel operator (YML) had to then declare "force majeure " .
