Dear Customer,

We are pleased to inform you that we are ready with Electronic Delivery Order facility to customers.

This facility will help our customers to save time in clearing of cargo and also aimed at simplifying the Empty offload process. Electronic Delivery Orders will be send to the email id of the Customer’s clearing Agent.

For Empty Offload at Depot customer need not carry a copy of the Delivery Order (only Truck Challan required).

The facility can be availed by paying a fee of INR 125/- per Delivery Order and will be subject to local taxes, by Cheque in favour of Orient Overseas Container Line Limited.

Facility will not be available for the below :

-                Third Party CFS.
-                High Sea Sale shipment
-                Clearing Agents who are not associated with BCHAA.

05-Jan-2014 : North America Origin


Clearing Agents are requested to submit a letter (one time only) duly signed by authorised signatory to confirm the email id's to be registered. Alternatively they can send an email from their email id registered with BCHAA to change list of email id's.
