Further to our update dated 4th July 2013, we wish to infom you that the Line has got the permissoin from customs to get the IGM items / Deleted amended.  This task is likely to be completed around 19th July 2013.

However, in case customers have wrongly filed the Bill of Entry (BoE) for shortlanded containers on the the old IGM 2063552 dated 28/06.2013, then they are requested to ask their clearing agents to amend the same. Unless the BoE is amended the line will not be able to amend the IGM for shortlanded containers on IGM no. 2063552 dated 28/06.2013. Once the BoE is amended then you requested to notify the Shipping Line so that we can amend/delete the IGM.

A copy of the customs permission is attached which may be useful for you to amend the BoE.
