Definition of Key Terms
Export Detention
Free time shall commence at 00:00am on the same day of empty gate out and shall expire at 23:59 on cargo cutoff day.
Upon expiry of Free Time the following charges (per container per Calendar Day) shall apply.

Export Demurrage
For cargo ex Indonesia, all charges imposed by the terminals, including but not limited to storage, electricity and any other applicable charges starting from the container's stacking time in the CY until the time of the container's loading onto vessel shall be for the account of the cargo. All the aforementioned charges shall be settled directly between the terminal and shipper.
DETENTION Calculation on Terminated Shipments - Empty Box Cancellation

Definition of Key Terms
Customer pick up the empty box but without laden return to terminal and return the empty back to depot due to whatever reasons, shall be subject to the origin detention charge starting from the first day the empty container is gated out from Carrier's facility until the empty container is returned to Carrier's facility.
No free time will be granted for above cases and shipper are subject to all applicable charges as specified in this tariff and all associated out of pocket cost incurred by the Carrier, including but not limited to any applicable drayage if Carrier haulage is provided.
IMPORT EQUIPMENT FREE TIME AND DETENTION
Free Time commences at at the same day of complete vessel discharge at port and ends on the same day of empty return.

FREE TIME AND DEMURRAGE
Demurrage free time shall be per terminal tariff. Upon free time expiry, local terminal will charge the consignee direct for storage charge.
CONTAINER DEPOSIT
With effective from 1 June 2015, no container deposit will be required for inbound shipment into Indonesia.
CONTAINER REPAIR COLLECTION
With effective from 1 June 2015, container repair charges shall be collected at respective container depot by depot operator directly. Should there be any container damage, supporting documents will be required and provided to appointed depot and prepare for payment of such container repair/maintenance to depot directly based on repaid estimation prepared by depot. A refund (if any) shall be performed by depot after calculation of actual repaid charges. All outstanding container repair/maintenance should be settled without delay.
