NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS

MIDDLE EAST & SUB-CONTINENT FUEL ADJUSTMENT FACTOR (FAF)

Effective August 1, 2006 – FAF has been revised to USD$160/20’ and USD320/40’ from USD169/20’ and USD338/40’

And rates negotiated will be effected as result of FAF revised amount.
