In order to improve our reefer service in Cork and Dublin, please be advised of the following change of procedure when using Merchant haulage for reefer containers: 

Please inform us in writing of your intention to return cargo, by booking & container number, at least 3 hours prior to the container arrival at the terminal. Laden reefer cargo can be returned to all quays between 0800 – 1700 hrs.

Failure to comply with this procedure may result in cargo being off power/not shipped.
