To ensure OOCL offers a quality haulage service, we kindly ask our customers to place bookings on Day 1 for a Day 4 collection or delivery. With next day haulage becoming increasingly difficult to source; by providing OOCL with advance notice of your requirements, will ensure a vehicle is secured and planned to complete your delivery / load. This will also allow OOCL to speed up the approval process for each booking received and enable OOCL to confirm your booking in a timely manner.
We do recognise the need to provide a Day 3 service. In these instances we ask for bookings to be placed before 15.00 hrs on Day 1 for Day 3. If you can be flexible and accept p.m. loading times between 13.00 hrs & 17.00 hrs, it will make it easier for us to quickly confirm your booking.
In exceptional circumstances, should you require haulage with less notice then please contact our bookings team who will review both transport and equipment availability. If transport and equipment can be sourced we will then endeavor to cover your urgent booking as requested.
