Customers are reminded that late booking cancellations are subject to a Booking Cancellation Fee.
This will now be GBP 250 per container in the UK, and EUR 250 per container in Ireland, where cancellation requests are received less than 5 working days before the vessel arrival at its port of load.
This revised tariff rule will apply for all bookings placed on/after March 19th, 2013.
We take this action in the interests of all customers to ensure that all available vessel space is fully utilised.
