Changing Japanese Corporate Entity to Branch Office

    We are pleased to announce that the current status of our company will change to Branch Office. 
    
    In order to make our operating activity more efficient and to further improve service quality to customers, the Company will change its operating entity from the current OOCL (Japan) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hong Kong holding company, to Japan Branch of Orient Overseas Container Line Limited, headquartered in Hong Kong as from November 14, 2012. Change to new corporate name will be effective from that date as shown below:

“Orient Overseas Container Line Limited Japan Branch”
(legally registered name is “Orient Overseas Container Line Limited” )
