The implementation will be applied to all from/to Japan to/from Asia trade area

i.e. Intra-Asia , Middle East, India , Africa , Red sea and Sub-continent countries.

Effective date:  1 Jul 2019 ~ base on B/L onboard date

From/To Japan  To/From All Asia trade area

(Intra-Asia , Middle East, India , Africa , Red sea and Sub-continent)

RR :   USD 50/20'FT ,  USD 100/40'FT
