アジア航路 リーファー THC 導入に関するご案内
平素は格別なるご高配を賜り誠にありがとうございます。
さて、弊社は、下記の通りリーファーTHCを導入並びに実施させて戴きますので、諸事情ご賢察のうえ、よろしくご理解の程お願い申し上げます。

理由：
添付写真でご覧の通り、リーファーコンテナはCYでの保管期間中電源に差し込まれ、電気代及び温度管理費が掛かります。が、現在のTHC（25,000円/20RF, 37,000円/40RQ）にはその費用が全く含まれておりませんので、その費用の一部分を補填させて戴きます。
計算根拠：
現行THC ＋ リーファーコンテナに係る（精査後の）実コストの一部、という計算方式を採用します。

Notice of Reefer THC Introduction for Intra-Asia Trade
We would express our sincere appreciation to your great supports to OOCL.
This letter is to notify you that OOCL will implement Reefer THC. We appreciate your favorable consideration to accept it, being mindful of the circumstances stated below.
Details
Port applicable: All Japan ports
Cargo applicable: Reefer Cargo only
Trade lanes： Intra-Asia Trade (Except to/from Fujian, China)
THC Quantum： Yen 34,000/20RF, Yen 48,000/40RQ
Effective Date： August 1st, 2010
Justification：
As seen from photo attached, reefer container box needs to be plugged-in when it is stored at CY, during which time electricity charge and temperature monitoring fee are incurred.
However, the current THC (Yen 25,000/20RF, Yen 37,000/40RQ）do not cover the costs at all. Reefer THC is designed to partly cover the aforesaid costs.
Calculation Formula：
Current THC (@Y25,000/20RF and @Y37,000/40RQ) + a part of actual costs incurred for Reefer container handlings at CY (remark: actual costs impartially scrutinized)
